Whaaat? This recipe is almost too easy to be taken seriously! Well basically it's just cutting-so here we go: cut the potato, mix some olive oil with salt, pepper and way too much garlic. Spill the oil-mix on the potato and put it for 40 minutes into the oven (200 degrees). Meanwhile... cut some feta and an avocado.
Now it's time for my favorite part – roast the bacon and eat half of it while you're doing the rest of the cooking. Keep it cool and don't eat all of it... STOP eating the bacon! Watch the potato in the oven or drink some good wine. Oh yea we're almost done… One step left-you need some crème fraîche, cilantro and grated cheese for the sauce. Mix it and heat it up in a pot. Get the potato out of the oven and arrange it nicely. HAPPY COOKING!
